This walk presents some of the lovely hidden places in the Gwaun Valley. It is quiet and full of wildlife. The flowers are lovely in the spring, the floor of the woods carpeted by bluebells. Climbing is done in the early stages, followed by a stroll through mixed woodland. Pass the falls where the Afon Cwmau rushes down to join the Afon Gwaun. Most of the paths are good and easy to walk on, but there are some muddy places near the stream.
