A walk of modest climbing following the shore of Portmore Loch and then by the historic settlement site, thought to have had seven huts, at the Northshield Rings. Thereafter the walk ascends the shoulder of Brown Dod before reaching Dundreich summit and the 360° vistas of the Lothians and Borders Regions.
