We begin by walking beside part of the elaborate inner harbour before joining the old railway line between Portreath and Devoran, now a cycle route. Reaching the hamlet of Bridge we pass the pub and climb up a little through daffodil fields. Reaching Illogan, we visit the church and carry on across country to reach the holiday complex at Feadon farm. After visiting the wildlife centre we head down through the woods back into Portreath and finish by passing under the old inclined plane.
