An easy walk but full of interest, Pistyll-y-Meincian is one of the hidden gems of mid Wales. The walk can be shortened to a mile by crossing from Waymarks 05 to 02, but there are no climbs or real descents. This whole area is a reserve and there are plenty of birds to be seen.

Did this walk yesterday. Directions are very easy to follow, and the view of the waterfall is excellent. It is exactly what it says it is - a short and easy walk. Probably closer to an hours walking, not 1hr 22m, but a stop off at the Centenary Bird Hide can add as much non-walking time as you want.
