A short, bracing walk along a stretch of the coastline from Rinsey Head, with spectacular cliffs, derelict tin mines and of course the wide open sea to look at. There's a small but beautiful beach below the car park to enjoy before or after your walk, but take heed of the warning signs about the tide and the fact that the beach is unsupervised.

We did this lovely little walk today with our two puppies, who both enjoyed the sea air and the birdlife on the cliffside. We didn't make it down to the beach, but it looked like a nice stretch of sand and pretty quiet despite the fact that it is mid-August (we'll be back there tomorrow!). The dogs were off their leads for the whole walk apart from a couple of slightly treacherous bits between points 3 and 4, where the cliff came very close to the path. All in all a charming short mooch around a beautiful bit of coast.
