From the free car park in Ruan Minor we follow the little lane that will bring us to the lovely little bay at Poltesco. From here we will follow the coastal footpath southwards for about 1.5 kilometres to bring us to picturesque Cadgwith, with its fishing boats and excellent pub and refreshment facilities. From Cadgwith we will continue briefly along the coastal path past the quaintly named Devil's Frying Pan before turning inland to visit St Ruan's Well and the Grade Church of the Holy Cross. From here it is just a few hundred metres back to the start at Ruan Minor.

Walked this one again on 7 September 2020. I have made a couple of minor description amendments. There are no navigational changes and the walk remains a lovely one and full of interest. Jim Arymar
