This is a pleasant walk, passing very close to the Hanningfield Reservoir, Nature Reserve and Visitor Centre. You can spend a couple of hours here; there is a short nature trail, lots of different types of trees, ducks, geese and other birds, all the usual stuff you would expect around a reservoir, fantastic for children. There are some really good views from the tops of the hills, various berries and fruits growing wild and a really nice long copse of trees. You pass an equestrian centre, so there are lots of horses around this area. There are two public houses, one the Old Windmill near the reservoir and the other The Quart Pot, near the end of the walk. This is a fun night walk that I do regularly as it's on my doorstep.

Nice walk, but no yellow marker present at the start of the walk. Nice cafe at the water, good prices for a stop off, not far off the walk. Path not very well marked in some places, good views from the top of the hills

Nice walk if a little overgrown at the pylon section (Point 9) and the path around the Equestrian centre is currently rather muddy and hard to follow as they are clearing the overgrown ditches in the area.
