Starting from Saddlebow Hill, the route undulates over Orcop Hill and Mynde Wood before joining the Hereford Trail. The return route follows a quiet road back to Saddlebow Hill.
Herefordshire is primarily a farming county, with large green fields and plenty of sheep and cattle. However, it also boasts many hills, all with fine views. On this walk there are views across to the Welsh Mountains as well as long views across Herefordshire.
