This walk starts from the Fiddle I'th Bag Inn, a quirky name for a very original and eccentric establishment. As you are using their car park, even if you are TT, take the opportunity to see one of the true oddball inns still in business. The stereotypical national pub chains don't understand the concept and never will. The walk proceeds along roads and paths that date back to before the dawn of the steam age. You will see some of the most advanced engineering projects of the day before turning for home to sample some of modern-day gentrification to create areas for relaxation and exercise.
