After leaving the village of Shenington, going south follow the rolling field-paths to a road. Turn left before turning off across field-paths with splendid views across the valley to Alkerton. Eventually, after descending into the valley before climbing up to Alkerton and after passing through Brook Cottage Garden, make the final climb back in Shenington.
