Another of the three walks from the car park in Solva. After walking through Prendergast Woods, the track contours above the valley before dropping down to Middle Mill. The return route is along a quiet minor road, passing some unusual animals!!

We did this walk on 7 March 2016, without any navigational problems. One of the sets of handrails mentioned in Point 4 seems to have gone. The fields near the farm (Point 6) were extremely muddy when we did the walk.

Having done a 10 mile up and down in the baking heat on the coastal path the day before, I craved some shade and variety. This delivered perfectly. I would just note that the left turn after the second set of handrails now has some steps, so is easy to identify. The mill was very interesting and served a good cup of tea. The unusual animals took my breath away and were charming.
