The coast of the Isles of Scilly is justly famous for its walks but the interior is rich with flowers and the roads are a joy to walk along. At least they were in late April, with the spring hedgerow flowers much bird activity and minimal traffic. Therefore I have fashioned my IOS walks to include some interesting inland features as well as the coast.
As regards walking along the coastal path I do not intend to insult the reader by recounting every little twist and turn- just follow the sea as close as you wish.
This is a figure of eight walk, several points on which could be reached by the community bus for those not walking far.
