This walk goes alongside the River Great Ouse and then past weirs and along a mill-race and the old (now converted) mill. There is a canal stretch with lots of boats and interest and a quiet path along the disused canal - a lot of variety for a short walk. It is flat and requires no great exertion but I found it so interesting that it took longer than I expected.

Pleasant walk which is far from challenging. We struggled to find the footbridge and subsequent path across the field at point 8. It’s not a problem to carry on along the dissuaded canal which picks up a footpath that runs alongside the A5 and then leads you back to the walk at point 10

Nice walk with the family. Lots of variety. Nice on winter's day, but gets muddy as crosses some culivated fields. Ideal for a summer evening.

We live in the Mill and are delighted to see the beautiful countryside around here recommended for walkers. Try doing the walk in different seasons, it changes enormously. Be stealthy and you may see our resident kingfisher and our naughty squirrels. We have even seen mink in the millstream, usually at dusk. Enjoy!

Nice steady walk for all the family, lots to see especially around the river then along the working grand union canal. A bit narrow on the old Cosgrove to Buckingham canal section but still easy going. We walked it in 1h 30min no problem.
