Starting in Sudbury, Suffolk, this circular walk starting at the railway station is a real delight. You will get a chance to visit two churches and you also pass through the grounds of the grand Chilton Hall. En route will take you through fields, a couple of villages and also a stretch along a disused airstrip at Great Waldingfield.
After completing the walk you get a chance to visit Sudbury Town Centre with its historic buildings, array of shops and market which is held every Thursday and Saturday.
For refreshments en route, The White Horse pub can be found at the start of Waymark 28.
All roads had footpaths apart from a 100-yard stretch at Waymark 30 where care is required as the road (A134) can get quite busy.
