This is a very pleasant afternoon or evening stroll on the Broads. The Surlingham church marshes covers 68 acres. It is one of the most important wild life sites on the Broads and was bought by the RSPB in 1984. Half way round situated on the River Yare is the Ferry House Inn which is a very popular venue for food. It is open 7 days a week in summer and 6 days in winter, closed Monday.
