This walk has multiple views of the lakes in the Thorpe area. It also follows a footpath which runs through Thorpe Park (although the footpath passes through utility/maintenance areas). A short part of the walk borders the River Thames.

Thanks to Elizabeth's comment, I have now set the walk length to 4.2 miles. This is less than Elizabeth's estimate but if you look at the actual track in Related Downloads the track length is just over 4 miles but there is a tenth of a mile gap between start and finish points.

Quite a dreary walk, that starts in a mobile home park, skirts the buildings of the reservoir and follows a path through Thorpe Park, where boarding has been put on the fencing in places to make sure you cannot see into the Park. Turned out to be 4.5 miles, not 3.7 miles.
