Starting in Thorpe-le-Soken, you use mainly field-paths and a couple of roads, unfortunately without verges, but not too busy, to visit Landermere and Beaumont-cum-Moze before returning to Thorpe-le-Soken.
There are excellent views over the Walton Backwaters and Hamford Water at a number of points along the route and you can enjoy a pleasant stretch along a creek which at one time was regularly in use by Thames sailing barges. There are also some lovely views across the fields with a few wooden benches along the route to sit and enjoy a little break.
All paths were clear whilst preparing this walk (September 2021).
