This walk is not difficult to do. Almost all of it is on footpaths and very little road-work is encountered. The village of Clayton is worth a look around whilst there; there are some very interesting old features to be found here, including an inscribed stone horse trough, now being used as a flower tub.

Did this walk in sept 2011. Nice gentle walk. No problems with directions at all and no hills !!!!
