Truro City and Countryside circular

Starting from near the Cornwall County Council Offices the walk takes us along the recently created Newham trail with lovely country and riverside scenery. Soon we are walking along the old Newham Quayside and are soon entering the old part of Truro with its magnificently simple Cathedral. Later we follow the old city leat before taking time to visit the lovely Victoria Gardens which benefit from Cornwall's mild climate. Later we pass under the viaduct before following a simple route that brings us back to the start via Truro Railway Station.
