Ullswater - Gowbarrow Fell - Aira Force - Ulcat Row Circular Walk

An enjoyable walk with contrasting features at various points, starting near Little Mell Fell, passing Priest's Crag and Little Meldrum with views of northern Ullswater, through a mature pine plantation with further glimpses of Ullswater, spectacular views of Ullswater from the slopes of Gowbarrow Fell (at one point about 85% of the length of the lake can be viewed) and visiting Aira Force, with refreshment facilities and waterfalls. The walk then passes near Dockray in Matterdale, continues around the foot of Gowbarrow Fell towards Little Mell Fell, going trough the tiny hamlet of Ulcat Row and down towards Watermillock, completing the circle near Watermillock Church.
