This is a pleasant rural walk, mostly along the Nar Valley Way which partly runs beside the River Nar. It lies not far from King's Lynn. The paths are in good order and there are no stiles en route, which is through woodland, along tracks and field edges.

The Stag Inn at West Acre is closed on Mondays for food.

On the return route near the River Nar there are a lot of butterflies and wildflowers to be seen.

Lovely walks with some great views and pretty woodlands and river. We got a bit *misplaced* around 13-14 and found one plank bridge too many. Using the map though we managed to get back on track.
