This is a very enjoyable walk along good paths; bluebells and cowslips can be seen as well as waterfowl on the lake. There are good view over Grafham Water and the Cambridgeshire countryside on this walk. The route is part of the Three Shires Way. In West Perry the Wheatsheaf pub is open seven days a week and is very popular for food.

Lovely walk with fine views and easy to follow route. We enjoyed this on a crisp winter early afternoon with a very nice drink in the Wheatsheaf in West Perry. We parked down a side road as the Grafham Water parking charges are eye wateringly high!!

Nice easy walk but please note there are no stiles at the end of the walk. These are now gates all be it the first one at point 8 is easy to miss. Once over that one just aim for the water tower straight ahead of you,

21.5.11 Went well till last stage. Didn't find stiles. Gates out of field under water. Passage to pub overgrown. Navigated barbed wire fence and nettles with dog. Needed Guiness.
