The instructions at Point 2 are not clear. We went through a metal gate and followed the left hand field boundary but could see no exit. There were two horses in the field and they were very excitable and we had a dog so we exited the field and cut across to the road and followed it to Point 3.

A great little walk when looking to get out but not wanting to go for anything more strenuous. It is a fair climb up but the views from the top are spectacular on a good day. You can almost sense the history around Dover's Hill and wonder who was there in the distant past. The descent passes through some lovely woodland and the paths are pretty easy to follow throughout the walk with excellent directions to help along the way. Overall, very enjoyable and we are likely to return as it is on our doorstep and easily accessible when short on time.

Walked this July 2010. A nice walk in The Cotswolds with some good views, the first section a lung buster but the views definately make up for it. Excellent directions make for a great walk. 9/10.
