Starting from the beautiful little Church of St Christopher in Winfrith and walking along the village street towards the post office stores, there are eye-catching dwellings characteristic of so many Dorset communities. Follow tracks, green lanes and permitted paths on this little journey through wonderful countryside, with fine views from high vantage points.

Lovely walk, but be aware at point 5 when you are to leave the bridle way and turn right onto a stony track, this is no longer there, if you continue straight on the bridle way into the woods area turn right at the crossroads (clearly signed bridle way) and follow this path until you come out of the woods into a clear field follow the path straight ahead until you come to a barn where you turn right continue onto a t junction where you turn left onto the correct path at the middle of point 5 (due to massive construction work at Newburgh dairy farm).
