The walk starts from Sharkham Head, an area of Special Scientific Interest. After walking along quiet tracks and country lanes, we arrive at Mansands Beach in a peaceful bay which, outside of summer weekends has few people, so is an ideal place to 'chill out' and eat a snack (you will need to bring your own). We return along the clifftops on the South Devon Coast Path with spectacular views over the bays of this beautiful section of coastline. There is a wealth of plants and animals to be seen here, so allow time to dawdle.
