Oakwood - Cockfosters - Pymmes Brook - Southgate - Oakwood
This route is a mixture of roads and parks-walking. Five miles of the trail to Brunswick Park and Arnos Park are within the boundaries of Barnet Borough. The other four miles are within Enfield Borough. You walk through parts of Trent Park, then into the woodland of Monken Hadley Common. Turning south-easterly, the trail enters Victoria Recreation Ground and Oak Hill Park, then Brunswick Park with the Pymmes Brook trickling through. Next it is on to Arnos Park and the Piccadilly Viaduct before gaining Broomfield Park. Lastly it's up to Groveland Park and on to Oakwood Park.
