The walk begins at Highwoods Country Park visitor centre in Colchester. Follow beautiful woodland paths until you eventually leave the park for a short time before re-entering and then walking through Brinkley Grove Park to arrive at a road at Myland. You now follow roads and footpaths to pass Harvey's Farm, then after a few more paths you pass Moze Hall. From here it's through fields until you arrive at St Johns. From here, follow a few more roads and footpaths to re-enter Highwoods Country Park, where you make your way back to the visitor centre
