This circular route is a fascinating walk through the woods. Paths lead off to emerge at the side of Loch Fyne, then continue to follow the shoreline to Ardcastle Point. After a stop for lunch, there is an interesting walk through the woods to an ancient burial ground, with various viewpoints along the way. This waymarked route is suitable for large walking groups.

Please note that the storm damage reported in June 2012 has been cleared and the car park and paths are open.

Tried to do this walk at the end of June 2012 - the woods and car park are closed due to storm damage and look as though they will remain so for a good while. Check before travelling!
