A delightful country walk, much of it on hard tracks, giving the walker good opportunity to lift his gaze and take in the splendid views and wonderful sights. The route will take you through the three South Northants villages of Souldern, Aynho and Croughton, all very pretty with cottages and grand houses, many built in Cotswold stone, some with roses framing the front doors. Open fields, secluded paths, brooks, streams and woods make this a varied walk with ever-changing scenes.
