Bakewell - Monsal Trail Wheelchair Walk

The walk is along part of the Monsal Trail (once a railway). The path is an easy one for the wheelchair to follow, with no slopes. At the end a wheelchair-friendly bookshop incorporating a small cafe for drinks and a small stock of food, is available. Picnic-type tables are found outside the shop. Toilets are found here too. The route doesn't infringe on traffic routes. The only place where four wheels will be met is the small bookshop car park where the walk ends on the outward section. Return is by the same route.
