The normal route up Beinn Ime is up the path from Arrochar, over Beinn Narnain and then along the well-trodden path to the summit of Beinn Ime.

This is for those who like their Munros a bit less well-trodden, an ascent from Butter Bridge on the Inverary Road, across largely pathless slopes.

Your navigation will need to be good, but there is a solitude and sense of achievement on completion. This is a serious hill-walk and should not be contemplated by those without good navigation skills and appropriate gear, including ice axes and crampons in winter conditions.
