Benigembla – La Corona Mountain Linear

We begin by walking out of the village and making our way briefly along the CV720. By some very useful information boards we quickly join the one and only rocky footpath that will take us steadily upwards through increasingly awesome mountain scenery. We will pass the rather sad ruins of an old animal corral and continue upwards to crest at La Corona, where this description ends. There are alternative routes that could be followed from here and these are described at Waymark 5. After enjoying the magnificent scenery we now simply retrace our footsteps down to the village, perhaps taking the first road in to enjoy more of this amazing place.
