A walk of great beauty and stunning views, starting from the village of Bishopstone. An almost immediate climb offers the first of many splendid views on the route. Ancient tracks, some bordered with magnificent trees, lead through attractive downland where the contours are truly remarkable. Some of the climbs are fairly steep but the rewards outweigh the strain and are worth the effort.
