An uncomplicated walk of great pleasure from the church in Bloxworth, following woodland paths and walking over large heathland areas of Bere and Lower Hyde, with their prolific growth of gorse and heathers. The tall pines of Wareham Forest stand majestic and proud in their quiet, beautiful settings, with the added interest of Woolsbarrow Fort on the Forest Way.
