A walk across rolling, mainly arable, land and including a stretch through the Forestry Commission's Plumpton Wood. The walk takes in the churchyard of Plumpton and there is a pub in Blakesley.
NOTE: May 2008 a number of trees were blown down in Plumpton Wood making part of the route impassable. Thanks to Roy Walker for this information. Please let us know if you find the path now cleared. A diversion is possible on public footpaths (shown on map) if not.
