Not for the faint-hearted, this walk is another making use of the Llyn Coast Path. It drops down steeply through trees to reach Porth y Nant, now the Centre for the Welsh National Language. The return route is more gradual and the views are amazing.

Unfortunately the walk starts from the highest point, thus leaving the climbing to the end. However, the climbing is much more gradual than the descent! The views are wonderful and in the summer months a visit to the Centre for Welsh Language and the Visitor Centre is a bonus. The rare chough (like a crow with red beak and legs) is much in evidence. Seals like to bask in the calm bay seen towards the end of the coast walk. We saw wild goats here, another bonus.
