This is only a short walk, so it is not suitable for a whole day, but it could be useful as a filler if you are visiting some of the show caves in the area (or like me, are on crutches). It is very pleasant though and full of interest, with plentiful flowers and birdlife as well as the uplifting scenery of Mam Tor, Lose Hill and Win Hill.
