This is another excellent 3½ mile walk from the Boat Inn at Catherine de Barnes.
The pub has an excellent beer-garden and there is a small restaurant with good reviews opposite, as well as a convenience store.
The walk will take you along a kilometre of canal with some nice water fowl. You'll then walk a lovely open meadow before crossing a wonderful section of the River Blythe. After this the walk circles back over the canal, and you can walk across the ford and then it's back to return on the canal again.
