We started from the lay by very close to The Blade Bone where we were booked in for lunch a bit later. There's a v nice coffee shop now next door to the pub where we partook of a coffee before setting off. The instructions were good apart from the bit after the Old Boot - we missed the left hand turning and walked back to Chapel Row on the road. NB. The Bull was due to reopen on Sept 29th. The Blade Bone was great for lunch - thoroughly recommend and suggest you book.

I walked this on a foggy pre-Christmas Sunday and it took me just over 180 minutes rather than than the 150 minutes. Anyway - great walk (what I could see of it!).
