Connah's Quay - Wepre Country Park and Ewloe Castle

On the edge of Connah's Quay is a Country Park that is an SSSI and that hides a castle. The park itself occupies the grounds of Wepre Hall and has a Visitor Centre on the actual foundations of the house. It also has restored formal gardens and facilities for children. The walk follows Wepre Brook on tracks and flights of steps to the castle. It later moves out of the park across fields and down a footpath between hedges before re-entering the park.
