A pleasant circular walk set in the grounds of Cragside Estate, uphill through woodland and gardens, visiting the Basin Tank, part of the hydroelectricity system, with great panoramic views over the National Trust site and nearby Rothbury; a great walk combined with a visit to the house etc.
