This walk climbs gently through woodland and over good tracks to a more open area, passing three small lochs before reaching Loch Ordie and returning through a small pass between Deuchary Hill and Knock of Findowie. The walk can be shortened to take in only Mill Dam, or a return from Loch Ordie can be made over the outgoing route; there are many possibilities in this area for other longer and shorter walks, as detailed at Cally car park.

First longer walk my wife and I have done, loved it. Great scenery and lochs.

4/3/2010 - Tom Rhodes

Excellent longer walk without any steep uphill sections. Took 3 hours 45 minutes (first longer walk I have done in a long time). There is a junction in the track from point 11 about 100 metres after point 11 (as you approach the right hand option is the most obviously seen but you need to follow the left hand option). Shortly after this junction the route follows a newish fence until you reach the woodland area.
