Eastham Country Park and the River Dibbin

The walk threads its way through an urban area on the Wirral and so has some sections on roads with shops, houses and factories (very high-tech with not a sign of smoke). These are not too busy and they link a bridleway, a country park, a signposted cycle route that runs partly along an old railway track and a nature reserve. You should be able to see birdlife and also enjoy views across the Mersey to Liverpool, with the occasional sea-going ship going past. The going is good except for one short section mentioned in the walk directions.
