There are three parts to the walk. The first is a forest walk to the lochans, with some fine views of Glen Feshie and the Cairngorms on the way. The middle section is exploring the Uath Lochs, set like a necklace of pearls. You could spend a long time here... the birds, dragonflies, mosses, lichens etc (the waterlilies are a show in July). The last part of the walk is along a picturesque narrow path through open woods. The suggested three hours for the walk is very rough. It depends how long you stay at the lochs and how much time you spend picking chanterelles. To shorten the walk go from Waymark 05 to 16.
Having seen the lochans at ground level, try Walkingworld Walk 1507 and get a bird'seye views of them.
