This easy walk explores a few of the dense and fascinating network of paths to the south of Framsden. The paths are clear and well-maintained, although there are a couple of hedge gaps that tend to become a little overgrown; it's never a bad idea to take a pair of secateurs with you on a walk – particularly in spring and summer. There are two short stretches of minor road and no stiles.

We have today (21/08/2010) completed this walk and have to say that some of the paths are not well-maintained. If the farmer(s) had not harvested we would have had difficulty getting through some of the fields where the crops had been sown almost to the field edge. In point 10 the path across the middle of the field does not exist. Without the excellent instructions we would have had real problems.
