A nice, easy, short walk starting on the A672 almost on the M62 Junction 22, the highest point of the motorway in the area.
After 1km of good track, with good views of Rishworth Moor, you skirt around Green Withins Reservoir, passing the yacht club (always seems deserted). You then see the next valley on your right that you are to take. This is Green Withins Clough and Oxygrains (see additional information) with two bridges at the far end at the A672. You then have the only climb of any substance, back up the road to your car.

Walked 01/08/19. Pleasant enough scenery however the path is almost completely hidden by tall damp ferns between points 7 and 8 making slow progress very unpleasant.point 8 to finish is along a fast and busy moorland road and there is NO verge or pavement. PLEASE do not attempt this walk with children or dogs in tow.
