This is only a short walk around Hadleigh but starts off next to Toppesfield Bridge which is from the 14th Century and the oldest bridge in the country still taking vehicles! The route takes in Holbecks Park which is part of a wider Estate before heading down to the riverbank for a short section of riverside walking.

From here the route heads down the main high street for a bit of shopping or food before turning off to visit the church and two other amazing buildings; the Deanery Tower and the Guildhall. The Guildhall dates from the 15th Century and in excellent condition and the Deanery Tower (more like a castle gatehouse!) was built in 1495 and is again in fantastic condition and worth a look!
