From Heytesbury follow the Imber Range Path over the high ground of West Wiltshire Plains in a series of ups and downs to Cotley Hill (192 metres), Scratchbury Hill (197 metres), Middle Hill (180 metres) and Battlesbury (208 metres), as well as other bumps in between, with brilliant and interesting views all the way. After all the hard work, descend to the plain below via Bishopstrow Court, Norton Bavant to Heytesbury.
