A moderate, circular walk, mainly through fields and woods with very little roadwork. There is nothing steep to deal with and the choice of two pubs en route, spectacular bluebells in spring and lots of kissing-gates!!

Lovely walk through the bluebells with lots of rabbit, pheasant and the odd deer to spot. The second pub en route is currently closed.

Pleasant walk through rolling Hertfordshire countryside. Waypoint 5 The openings of the kissing gates are still present but the gates themselves have been removed. Waypoint 6. The kissing gate shown in the picture and its surround have been knocked over and are lying on the ground. I did this walk about month ago and turned over the gate so you could at least see the path arrow. The point at which this gate appears the main trail into to wood veers to the left and up a small incline.
