Although very close to a large urban locality, this circular walk is surprising rural for most of its route. The long paths are well used with no stiles and are shrub and tree lined (photo on the right), and all of the gates are in excellent order. The views from the meadows are good and the landscapes are very varied throughout. There are three alternative walks in this locality; the others being 3501, 3502 & 7766.

The walk is suitable for children, teenagers, senior citizens and anyone in-between and excellent for dogs, but unsuitable for wheelchairs or buggies. In summer suitable footwear will be trainers or anything flat soled and there should be no problems for anyone wearing shorts. However in winter or if there has recently been heavy rain long sections of paths could be muddy or boggy so boots would be essential. There are no refreshments, toilets, picnic tables or bench seats on this walk, although toilets and seats are available nearby in Arrowe Park.
